I’ll create a custom proposal tailored to meet your needs. Once you’re ready, simply sign the agreement and pay the initial deposit to secure your spot.

Our work officially begins with a strategy session focused on your brand vision and target audience.

We’ll discuss everything from brand messaging to website layout to ensure your brand’s unique voice shines through.

You’ll leave with a copy outline and a clear next-step roadmap.

Build

 I’ll begin building your site.

Throughout the process,

I’ll provide previews and keep communication clear and simple to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you write the copy?

No, I ask that you provide the copy.  However, during our strategy call, I will walk you through what you will need in terms of copy and have a content planner guide so you will know exactly what is needed.

How long does it take to complete from start to the launch?

A typical website project takes around 4–6 weeks from start to launch.

That said, your exact timeline will depend on a few factors, including how much you already have set up (such as branding, copy, and photos), how quickly you’re able to provide deliverables, and the overall scope of your site (for example, whether we’re adding features like lead magnets, email integrations, or additional services).

If you have a specific deadline or launch goal, just let me know during our discovery call, and we’ll plan accordingly. After our strategy call, I’ll provide you with a detailed roadmap outlining what we’re working on, with anticipated deadlines and due dates to help us stay on track.

If you’re hoping for a faster turnaround, we can absolutely discuss options to make that happen.

What platform do you design sites on?

Great question! I have design using Equipt360 (Go High Level based platform), WordPress, Wix or Squarespace.

How do we stay on track to meet the launch deadline?

Staying on track is all about clear communication and shared expectations.

After our strategy call, I’ll provide you with a detailed roadmap outlining what we’re working on, key milestones, and anticipated due dates. Everything is managed inside my project management tool, so you’ll always know what’s in progress, what’s coming next, and what’s needed from you to keep things moving smoothly.

I also use streamlined forms and check-ins to make it easy for you to provide content, feedback, and approvals without overwhelm. Throughout the project, I stay in close contact so nothing falls through the cracks, that way, we can confidently hit your launch goal together.
